Noys Locksmiths LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website noyslocksmiths.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when using our Site or contacting us for locksmith services.

We also run our own first-party site analytics on noyslocksmiths.com. When you visit, our server records your IP address, the pages you view, your browser and device type, approximate location (country), the referring page, any advertising click identifier in the page address (for example a Google Ads click ID), how long the page was visible, how far you scrolled, and whether you tapped a phone number or email link. A session cookie (valid for about 30 minutes) links the pages of one visit together. We use this information to keep the site secure, to identify invalid or repeated ad clicks, to measure how well our ads and pages work, and to improve the Site. This data is stored on our own hosting account, is not sold, and is not used to identify you personally. We do not record what you type into any field.

We also use Microsoft Clarity, a behavior analytics tool that creates anonymized session recordings and heatmaps (such as where visitors tap and scroll) so we can improve our pages. Clarity masks typed information by default. Clarity's data practices are described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect any information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We do not store sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers.

10. Google API Services (Google Ads)

Noys Locksmiths uses an internal tool that connects to the Google Ads API through Google OAuth. It is used only by Noys Locksmiths LLC to manage and report on Google Ads accounts that we own or manage. It is not offered to the public.

What we access: With the account owner's permission, the tool accesses Google Ads account data, including campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, budgets, targeting settings and performance reports (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and search terms). We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or any other Google account data.

How we use it: Only to view advertising performance and to create or edit our own campaigns, keywords, ads and settings. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

Storage and security: OAuth credentials and downloaded reports are stored only on a company computer controlled by Noys Locksmiths LLC. They are not uploaded to our website and not stored on public servers.

Sharing: We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties. We do not use it for advertising profiles, and we do not transfer it to data brokers. We may process it with AI tools that we use internally to analyze and manage our own campaigns.

Retention and deletion: We keep this data only as long as we need it to manage our advertising. You can revoke the tool's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can also ask us to delete stored data by contacting us.

Noys Locksmiths' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
